Josh Glaser, Executive Director
Josh grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University with
a bachelor’s degree in English (cum laude). In 1996, Josh moved to Maryland where he encountered the profound ministry that is Regeneration in his own pursuit of freedom from sexual addiction. Josh’s heart is to help men and women experience the life-changing love of the Father in the areas of their lives where they need Him most. Josh has been married to his beautiful wife, Jamie, since 2001 and acquired a love of coffee sometime amidst the births of their three daughters and one son. Josh is an ordained pastor through his local church.

Bob Ragan, Northern Virginia Director
Bob first participated with Regeneration in his own pursuit of freedom from same sex attraction in 1988. He has served as Regeneration’s Northern Virginia Director for the past 25 years, providing discipleship, healing prayer, and support groups in the DC metro area. Bob has been an invited speaker ministering across the US, Europe, South America, and Asia. He is a past chairman of the Exodus International Board of Directors and the Exodus Membership Council. Bob is an ordained deacon in the Anglican Church. regeneration.bob@juno.com
Ann Cohrs, Women’s Ministry Associate (Northern VA)
Ann served as a small group leader for Living Waters for ten years before becoming part of the Regeneration staff in 2007. Ann has a BA in History, is the administrative backbone of the Northern Virginia office, and has a special heart and ministry for family members impacted by the various issues that bring people to Regeneration. Wife of a retired U.S. Navy officer, Ann and her husband have been married for 37 years; they have four grown children and five grandchildren. ann@regenerationministries.org
Jamie Glaser, Women’s Ministry Associate (Baltimore)
Jamie Glaser has a Masters degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Clinical. As the Baltimore Women’s Ministry Coordinator, she serves women and parents, and provides support and leadership to the women on Regeneration’s Baltimore ministry teams. Jamie also works as a counselor with Safe Harbor Christian Counseling. Jamie’s experience includes serving as a social worker with the Maryland Public Schools and Director of an after school program for at risk youth in Baltimore City. Jamie and her husband Josh and their four children live in a northern suburb of Baltimore. jamie@regenerationministries.org
Bob Pasmenn, Men’s Ministry Associate (Baltimore)
Bob started working professionally in Christian ministry in 1986. In 1998, Bob was introduced to the New Beginnings program at Regeneration where he began a personal journey with Jesus Christ for increased purity. Bob is incredibly grateful as God has led his journey to bring so much more in terms of personal growth and discipleship. Bob’s desire is to serve and help other men experience the amazing grace of God. Bob has over a decade of experience in lay counseling and leading men’s recovery groups. Bob also serves the Baltimore men’s ministry leadership team with leadership support. Bob, his wife, and two daughters live in the suburbs of Baltimore
Michelle Dunn, Ministry Partner Liaison
Michelle began working with Regeneration this past summer. She manages the ministry partner database system, updating mailing lists, processing donations, and running internal reports.
