DESCRIPTION:Healing from betrayal is not simply about surviving what happened—it is about discovering a path forward. We are excited to offer Compass: The Path Forward\, an 8-week online group designed for women who desire to continue their healing journey and move toward greater wholeness\, resilience\, and post-traumatic growth. \n\n\n\nUsing Try Softer by Aundi Kolber as our guide\, we will explore how trauma impacts our minds\, bodies\, and relationships\, while learning practical tools for healing with greater compassion and grace.
