DESCRIPTION:Try Softer\, it’s focused on deeper work in post trauma growth. This will be a 6 week group where we will continue to grow in understanding ourselves and the pain we have been through with supportive friends and a caring community. We will keep working through the lens of betrayal trauma but with our focus on Post Traumatic Growth. \n\n\n\nWe will incorporate topics such as: \n\n\n\nKnowing and setting your emotional and relational boundaries  \n\n\n\nMaking sense of the difficult experiences you’ve had \n\n\n\nMoving through emotions rather than get stuck by them \n\n\n\nHow to grow in self-compassion and quiet your inner critic. \n\n\n\n\n\nIf you cannot afford the full fee for Try Softer\, you may request a need-based scholarship here. We ask that you be prayerful as you consider your need and certify that all responses are true.Lastly\, this is a time-sensitive process as approval is required at least 48 hours before a group begins. After registering\, you will be redirected to complete payment.
