Looking to Jesus as both our model and healer, this 6-week course will help men explore how freedom from lust isn’t about seeing less, but rather about becoming men who see more. If you’re a man on the road to freedom from unwanted sexual
behaviors and you want to go further in exchanging lust for love, this group is for you.

Course Requirements and Expectations:
- This course is open only to men willing and able to invest the required time and energy into each of the six weeks, including weekly in-person attendance (group meets Monday evenings at Regen’s office in Towson, MD).
- Participants must have previous experience in a recovery group for unwanted sexual behaviors (e.g. Awaken 360, 7 Pillars, Unwanted, Husband Material Academy, or similar.) Please reach out if you’re not sure whether your previous experience qualifies.
- Group participation includes spiritual exercises to practice each week between sessions, followed by written reflection on the practices.
- Weekly meetings will include honest sharing about participants’ experience with the practices and corresponding written reflections.
- Participants are expected to interact in Marco Polo group between sessions.
- All group participants agree to abide by Regeneration’s confidentiality policy.
- Minimum participants is 5. (Group will be postponed to a later date if minimum registration of 5 participants is not met one week prior to start date.)
