Regeneration is a Christ-centered ministry providing spiritual coaching for men and women who want to grow in sexual and relational wholeness. Our small group and one-to-one coaching helps you uncover the things that are keeping you stuck, so you can walk into the future with greater freedom, joy, and courage.
We also produce videos, podcasts, articles, events, and programs to equip men, women, and families to learn and live God’s good, holy, and beautiful design for sexuality.
Regeneration is committed to providing Christ-centered, clinically-informed care so you can deepen your union with Jesus Christ, grow in relational wholeness, heal from brokenness, and walk in sexual integrity.
